It was one of the greatest wishes come true to meet the Global - renowned Dr. Shefali - Clinical psychologist. Having someone like her makes anyone feel heard and seen. One doesn't have to be a parent; however, situations, life lessons, experiences teach us how to parent ourselves, change pain to power and be a better being and leader. Have been following her works and her integrating it with my work - healing over the years on the matrix of friendship, family dynamics, and relationships. The decade finally navigates to meet her face to face. Integrating works with the Let them theory and much more surely takes your forward to living consciously and authentically.

Thank you so much Dragonfly360 Cindy Sirinya Bishop Sabina Ahuja Khun Woody and Khun Pam to make this happen. They also having an upcoming summit taking place next week.

She is lovely. Do read her book - The Radical Awakening. Get out of the CAGE!

Dr. Shefali Tsabary and Escaping the “Matrix” of Conditioning -

Dr. Shefali often speaks about how society conditions us to live inside what she calls “the matrix” a web of beliefs, traditions, and expectations that dictate how we should live, rather than allowing us to live in alignment with our authentic self. The entire notion on connect to your roots should be learning to be a global citizen and alignment.

The matrix is built from early conditioning: parental expectations, cultural traditions, religious scripts, societal pressures, marriage, friendship conditioning, and collective fears. “We inherit the scripts of our culture, our parents, and our society, and we mistake them for truth. Only when we awaken can we begin to see how trapped we have been.” By teaching mindfulness, consciousness, and radical self-responsibility, Dr. Shefali helps people see that they can “reprogram” themselves.
